This website does not use advertising trackers, tracking cookies or social media pixels.

Visit counts

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. It tells us things like how many people visited, which pages they read, which country they came from and what kind of device they used. We use these totals to improve the website and to see how people find us.

The contact form

When you send the form, your name, phone number and anything else you choose to include are emailed to our office so we can call you back. The website does not store your message. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps block automated spam. The form is processed by a small Cloudflare Worker, which does not store your message, and the email is sent through Zoho Mail from the website's sending mailbox to Dr. Kim's office mailbox, with a copy to the Modern Implant Institute office (info@modernimplantinstitute.com). The messages are kept as part of our office records.

When you press Send, your browser keeps a temporary copy of your answers so they can be put back if sending fails. The copy stays on your device. It is deleted when your request goes through, or when you close the browser tab.

Turnstile checks signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address, to tell people from bots. Like any website, our web host keeps standard access logs (IP address, page and time) for security.

Please do not send detailed medical information through the form. We will discuss your health history with you in person.
